T-Mobile set to begin testing UMA calling on Android devices?

T-Mobile is set to begin testing UMA calling on Android devices according to a Boy Genius post. Unlicensed Mobile Access (UMA) technology provides access to GSM and GPRS mobile services over Wi-Fi.  I’ve used T-Mobiles UMA service in the past with a Blackberry device and it’s worked quite well. Despite reports from others claiming  intermittent problems with T-Mobiles UMA service with routers other than T-mobiles Linksys WRT54G or the Linksys Hi-Port Router. I experienced no such problems in my daily use. UMA calling on Android would certainly be a welcome addition.
