This topic has been consolidated into a single post, click here for the latest information. There is another build of Froyo available for the Nexus One: FRF83. The update is available from the download link provided by XDA developers. You can follow the same install instructions and precautions as the previous versions detailed here. Unfortunately you can only update to the FRF83 build from the FRF50 build. If you have already upgraded to FRF72 the FRF83 build update will fail. I also tried unsuccessfully to reinstall the FRF50 build. So if you are already running FRF72 you will have to wait for the official OTA update. You can check if its available by Browsing to Settings > About phone > System updates, when its available you should receive a notification to download the update.
