Back in July, I wrote about what was then a new RSS newsreader for the iPad from Alphonso Labs called Pulse ( http://bit.ly/bTbAog ). The app, developed by Standford University Institue of Design graduate students Akshay Kothari and Ankit Gupta, imports your RSS feeds to create a finger-friendly custom page of your favorite news sites and blogs. The Pulse app also enables you to easily import your Google Reader RSS feeds by logging into your Google Account from within the application.
The students developed the $3.99 app as part of a Stanford Launch iPad class which required students to develop and introduce a product in just 10 weeks. The app, which has since been released for the iPhone and Android OS handsets is now available for free from the Apple App Store and the Android Market.

They should also release this on the Mac App Store….This is a great product.
